Biography

Katrien De Moor holds a Master degree in Communication Sciences from Ghent University (2005). After an internship at the research-department of MTV Networks, she joined MICT in November 2005. As a researcher, Katrien has been involved in several IBBT-projects. Her interests and activities include interdisciplinary research on Quality of Experience, User Experience and Quality of Service in mobile media environments, evaluation of user-oriented innovation techniques in the ICT domain and advances in living lab methodologies. In addition, Katrien is also involved in research on gaming and game experience and has a special interest in Future-Oriented Technology Assessment in innovation research. She is preparing a Ph.D on the Measurement of Quality of Experience in a mobile, living lab environment.
